We sometimes get asked what do we do with all of the "not so perfect" sweets? The sweets that have misbehaved - either exploded too much, not exploded at all, broken etc. They're too good to just throw away, they may be a little broken but they're still perfect in taste!
These Vegan Marshmallows got a bit squished before they were Freeze Dried. Which has made them come out looking a bit ugly, but they still taste beautiful!
