We sometimes get asked what do we do with all of the "not so perfect" sweets? The sweets that have misbehaved - either exploded too much, not exploded at all, broken etc. They're too good to just throw away, they may be a little broken but they're still perfect in taste!
These Sour Apple & Cherry Foam Bites didn't explode properly whilst Freeze Drying. Some exploded too much, some didn't explode at all. They're a little harder than the regular Freeze Dried Foam Bites, and possibly hollow, but they still taste amazing!
