We sometimes get asked what do we do with all of the "not so perfect" sweets? The sweets that have misbehaved - either exploded too much, not exploded at all, broken etc. They're too good to just throw away, they may be a little broken but they're still perfect in taste!
These Fruit Salads didn't explode properly whilst Freeze Drying. They're a little harder and crunchier that the regular Freeze Dried Fruit Salads, but still have that amazing Fruit Salad taste!
