We sometimes get asked what do we do with all of the "not so perfect" sweets? The sweets that have misbehaved - either exploded too much, not exploded at all, broken etc. They're too good to just throw away, they may be a little broken but they're still perfect in taste!
These Chocolate Limes decided to deflate a little bit after being Freeze Dried. They're a little crumbly, and they may not be perfect circles anymore, but still taste amazing!
